Policies & Guidelines Cancellation and No-Show Policy At FLTHY HAIR, I understand that life happens and schedules change. However, as a small business owner and family provider, I ask for your understanding and respect for my time and services. • Cancellations Prior to 72 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% charge of the total service and hours booked. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service will apply. Please Note: Clients who repeatedly fail to respect these policies may no longer be eligible for future services. Redo or Adjustment Policy At FLTHY HAIR, I want you to be completely satisfied with your hair color and service. I understand that adjustments may sometimes be needed, and I’m happy to work with you to ensure you love your look. • Time Frame for Adjustments: Requests for adjustments or corrections must be made within 7 days of your original appointment. • What’s Covered: Adjustments will only address concerns regarding the agreed-upon service or color goals discussed during the original consultation. • Examples: Uneven tone, areas that need blending, or similar issues. • What’s Not Covered: • A change of mind or a new look outside the original consultation. • Improper aftercare (e.g., not using professional-grade products). • Charges for Adjustments: • If the adjustment is due to a mistake on my part, there will be no additional charge. • If the adjustment requires new services not included in the original consultation, additional fees may apply. Important: I take great pride in my work and want you to love your hair. Please communicate any concerns promptly so they can be addressed! Client Expectations • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • Communicate openly about your hair goals and aftercare capabilities during the consultation. • Respect all FLTHY HAIR policies, including cancellations, no-shows, and adjustment guidelines. Aftercare Instructions To maintain the longevity of your FLTHY HAIR services, follow these aftercare tips: 1. Use salon-recommended products for your hair type and color. 2.
